+ How can I apply for one of your rental properties?
Our preferred method of application is via 1form. This is a straight forward application process where you can upload all the information we need online.
+ How can I make sure my application is successful?
The best way to ensure your application is successful is to provide as much information as possible. Provide us with 100 points of ID. Provide us with all the details of your current rental, even include a copy of your rental ledger if possible. Send us proof of your affordability including payslips, bank statements or a letter from your employer. The faster we can process your application the less chance there is that someone else will get ahead of you.
+ How often do you complete inspections?
Our team complete inspections every 14-16 weeks. We will need to take photos to show the owner how well their property is being cared for. We will always complete our inspections with the upmost respect for our tenants.
+ How can I pay my rent?
The easiest and fastest way to pay your rent is direct into our trust account. We do not use third party payment systems which charge tenants additional fees. Just be sure that you use your individual tenant reference code to ensure we can identify your money.
+ How do I report maintenance?
Our office use a tenant portal system so you can easily log maintenance to our office. Additionally, you can email your Property Manager and we will always be sure to action this as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process.
+ I hear there is a tenant portal?
We utilise a tenant portal which is helpful in providing real time information to our tenants. At anytime you can login to see where your rent is paid to, download your rent ledger, check on the progress of maintenance and see when inspections are booked.
